Sinda was born and raised in the farming community of Brentwood, Contra Costa County where her parents still own a ranch in the area.

She moved to Lake County in 1989 with her two teenage daughters, Kristi and Kortni who are presently attending Middletown High School.

Most of her working life she has been involved in the grocery retail business and the construction trade and this has given her an excellent opportunity to communicate with buyers.

Being a resident of Cobb Mountain has given her a good insight to the real estate market and the needs of her clients.
